There are dorky liars, and then there are Portland People.

I didn’t do a good job of presenting my 24oz PBR can for my camera (I was doing it for his) but trust it was:

(1) Fully sealed as I was flipping it upside down repeatedly

(2) Just purchased 5 seconds prior

For 15 years, I’ve made a routine of going to the Sellwood Moreland area of Portland to get in some tempo work to keep fit for marathons.

Would you believe that as of this posting that I’ve now completed 26 marathons in the past 26 months?

I’m assuming you would not believe this based on how I still get treated in this area, the consensus seeming to be that I’m a homeless crack addict who wants only to run over your grandma and abduct your teens. I gotta tell ya, I love the trails, but hate the people in this city.

That said, I’m also not naive to how GPS works, and am fully aware I’m getting a biased view of Portland due to being stalked by its absolute biggest losers constantly, and that I would have the same impression in any other city where I can be hunted, bullied, and set up in this fashion (see Vegas Strat, that only took about 4 hours from check-in).

Quite often I pop over to a local mini mart, which also happens to sell some of Toketee.net merch, to go get my post-workout beer which I obviously take HOME.

And yet …. , somehow through the thick lens of his malicious bigot spectacles, this very cool man sees things quite differently, because he was already told by his third party stalker app that I’m a Really Bad Criminal.

Anyway, just another day with a cell phone. The false reports keep rolling on in, as they always have since my device ID became ensnared in the stalker apps of Humanity’s Worst People. This video, like the “missing girl” video, is not the point - it’s what you don’t see, after these people place their strategic false reports, that is truly tragic. They essentially wreck your life. Since this one I’ve been overtly stalked and harassed by all manner of “traffic safety” bureaus (yes especially the PoPo themselves among others) and private friends, so it’s clear he actually called this lie in and that feeds my increasingly impossibly negative AI-amplified reputational data.

When are we going to finally outlaw all “real-time alert” public safety apps for use by not just law enforcement, but especially the cowardly losers who voluntarily go out and attempt to feed knowingly filthy and false inputs for personal retribution against their targets?

“Data science” as pertains to “predictive policing” is pure junk science, and always will be, and needs to be stopped at once. I’m sick of the term “guard rails,” which implies that nobody intends to stop this shady industry at all but wants us to feel that they have done something about it.

Something I’ve been reluctant to share due to fear of how it will be received, but is an absolute pattern, is this creepy ass photo of black gloves dropped on the ground. This is the exact same mini mart, but not the same trip - the subsequent trip in fact, which is a super important detail.

If you understand stalker apps, you understand they are exactly the same modality as “parental control” apps. They figure out quickly your top destinations, meaning - the more regular you are somewhere, the more crucial it is to the fabric of your life, whether your place of employment (or in my case being self-employed the post office, various wholesale accounts, direct sales venues), the places you go to get away from it all, the places of your favorite associates, and yes the places you like to buy beer - and those with not-good intentions turn them into targets.

The black glove thing, I can now confidently say, is a constant in my life. That photo represents tons of others where I didn’t take the picture. Often seen at trailhead parking lots I frequent, at running track parking lots I frequent, often close to the restrooms, or in venues similar to this which I frequent. Also not uncommon is the same tactic, but perhaps a random child’s size shoe. This pattern I have strongly associated with my device and vehicle IDs.

Whereas on the other hand when I travel, as when I scan a passport or ID in an air/hotel context, for whatever reason the “dropped item” located next to my car, hotel door, etc, happens to be a purportedly dropped $1, $5, or $20 bill.

Do I know exactly why this is? No. Do I suspect it has some rationale rooted in manipulating nearby “smart” cameras to associate me with some form of criminal activity. Yes. Can I prove it 100%. No, no I cannot.

All I can assure you of is that there is a very conspicuous pattern of very specific items “dropped” at my most commonly visited destinations , and that these patterns become more obvious the more I visit them. And that after I see said motif - say, black gloves - I suddenly find myself intensely, beyond what a normal “free” American could ever comprehend, stalked and abused by the entire “thin line” network and all their prejudiced fervent Far Right supporters. Fire, police, vets, and all the psychotic Fascist assholes who serve as their proxies, of whom there are millions in this country.
